Terms and Conditions (Geschäftsbedingungen)

Scope
These Terms apply to all services provided by j-consult.
Nature of Services
– j-consult provides consulting and coordination services in connection with international vocational training projects.
– j-consult does not provide legal advice within the meaning of the German Legal Services Act (RDG).
– No guarantee is given regarding visa issuance, recognition procedures or administrative approvals.
Compliance
In accordance with § 296a SGB III, j-consult does not charge placement fees to trainees or applicants.
Payment Terms
– Invoices are payable within the agreed payment period.
– Payments must be made via official bank transfer.
– Transaction fees are borne by the payer unless otherwise agreed.
Liability
– j-consult is liable only within statutory limits.
– No liability is assumed for decisions made by authorities or delays caused by third parties.
Governing Law
– German law applies.
